PEXA Car Care is a fast-growing doorstep car wash and detailing brand. We work with franchise partners and on-ground service teams to deliver reliable, high-quality car care services to customers across locations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle day-to-day operations, manage service teams and franchise units, and ensure smooth execution of orders with high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

• Oversee daily operations of doorstep car wash and detailing services
• Ensure timely execution of customer orders as per PEXA standards
• Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues on priority

Workforce Management

• Manage field workers: attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity
• Ensure workers meet attendance and work execution targets
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training of service staff

Reporting & Process Control

• Track daily and monthly order completion, revenue, and worker performance
• Prepare basic operational reports for management review
• Implement and improve SOPs to increase efficiency and reduce service delays

Customer & Issue Resolution

• Handle escalations related to service quality, delays, or complaints
• Ensure quick resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills

         5-7 years of experience in operations, service management, or field operations

·       Experience in automobile services, logistics, FMCG, or service startups is a plus

·       Strong people-management and coordination skills

·       Comfortable with field work and multi-location operations

·       Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and operational reporting

·       Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hands-on, execution-focused, and process-oriented
• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)

Salary & Benefits

• 25000 to 30000 per month
