Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for Vitely groups, while also playing a crucial role in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives. This is a dual-focused position that blends talent acquisition with HR engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for Vitely groups, while also playing a crucial role in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives. This is a dual-focused position that blends talent acquisition with HR engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across Clinical Operations, Analytical Research, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Support Functions.
- Partner with department heads to define job requirements, create role-specific job descriptions, and ensure timely hiring.
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms – job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct HR rounds, and manage offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee engagement, preferably in a CRO, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or scientific research environment.
- Sound understanding of roles within clinical and analytical research functions.
- Proficient in using job portals, ATS, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic and creative mindset, with a passion for employee wellbeing and workplace culture.
