Roles and responsibilities :

  • Managing day-to-day HR operations and functions.
  • Employee relation and engagement. 
  • Manpower planning. 
  • End to end recruitment of Junior, Mid and Senior level Candidates.
  • Mass hiring and campus recruitments. 
  • Implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Employee lifecycle management.
  • Payroll and salary administration of the region. 
  • Statutory Compliances Handling.
  • Grievances Management.
  • Preparing SOP.  
  • Preparing MIS and submitting to reporting head. 
  • Performance appraisal and evaluation.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA.
  • Experience: 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Languages: Hindi & English Mandatory.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined to work on-site or from the office consistently.
