Talent Acquisition Executive

Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Cultfit, you’ll play a key role in hiring the top candidates for Fitness Instructors and Group Class Instructors for Cult gyms. You’ll work closely with external and Internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and drive the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, campus drives, walk-in drives, etc.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and culture fit.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular reports (Excel).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Masters
• 0 - 2 years of experience in bulk hiring
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
