We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Specialist / Sr. HR Specialist to join our HR Operations team. This role requires working closely with employees, managers, and HR teams across India and the US, supporting the full employee lifecycle and driving key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers on HR-related matters
• Drive end-to-end HR Operations and Payroll across the employee lifecycle
• Collaborate with India & US HR teams to implement global HR practices, policies, and processes
• Support strategic HR initiatives and special projects
• Manage onboarding, HR documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance activities
• Handle employee grievances, performance management cycle, and C&B support
• Conduct HR audits, prepare HR reports/metrics, and ensure policy compliance
• Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and separation processes
• Stay updated on legal requirements impacting HR policies and operations
