As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will implement innovative and effective recruitment solutions, enhance our employer brand, and contribute significantly to our organizational growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
- Utilize social media platforms and job portals to source qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
- Analyze and improve the company's recruitment metrics for better hires.
- Maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a quick response to staffing needs.
- Work to improve and expand the company's employer branding initiatives.
- Negotiate job offers and employment terms with prospective employees.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
