two exceptional Management Trainees to join our rapidly expanding team.

Nestled in the untouched landscape near Sir George Everest House, EBC Mussoorie is a

premium luxury glamping resort redening hospitality in the Himalayan foothills. With

our iconic plush tents, world-class amenities, curated experiences, and our signature Park

Cafe, we're creating magical memories for guests from across India and beyond.

THE ROLE: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

This is not a typical entry-level position. This is a fast-track leadership development

program for supervisory professionals who are ready to evolve.


What You'll Do:

Lead Cross-Functional Operations: Oversee and coordinate front oce, guest

relations, F&B operations, and housekeeping functions

Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure every guest interaction reects our

commitment to premium hospitality and creates unforgettable moments

Team Development & Mentorship: Coach and develop sta, building high-

performance teams while learning modern leadership practices

Operational Eciency: Implement best practices, optimize processes, and

contribute to P&L management

Strategic Growth Initiatives: Participate in property expansion plans and help

establish systems for our upcoming campus growth

Training & Quality Assurance: Conduct training sessions, maintain service

standards, and drive continuous improvement

Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with guests, vendors, and internal

teams to ensure seamless operations.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Your Background:

2-5+ years of supervisory/management experience in hospitality (Front Oce

Supervisor , Guest Relations Supervisor , F&B Supervisor , or similar roles)

Proven track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Strong operational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Understanding of hospitality management fundamentals

Your Qualities:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related

Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) and POS.
