• Languages Required: Fluent in Hindi and English
• Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operations Maestro: Oversee the daily dance of order processing and logistics, ensuring a flawless performance in timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Efficiency Expert: Spot opportunities for process optimization that boost efficiency, cut costs, and elevate our service quality.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire the operations team through training, performance management, and fostering a collaborative spirit.
• Vendor Virtuoso: Build strong partnerships with 3PLs, sellers, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery and quick resolution of operational challenges.
• Performance Analyst: Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) to fuel continuous improvement and drive our success.
• Problem Solver: Tackle operational hiccups—discrepancies, delays, customer complaints— with swift and effective solutions.
• Data Storyteller: Prepare and present insightful operational reports to management, showcasing key metrics and opportunities for growth.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a bonus.
• 3-5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the e-commerce space.
• A solid grasp of e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate and manage a team.
