Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Upskill Programs based in the Greater Chennai Area. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, and managing accounts. This role focuses on driving growth for the company’s upskill programs through strategic business initiatives and consistent communication with partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of the upskilling domain or EdTech industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
