Job Description
The Shift Incharge/Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the production activities within the Pipes Production department. This position requires an individual who can independently manage shift production, ensuring that all resources are optimally utilized. The role demands a strong focus on manpower management, ensuring that the team operates efficiently without compromising on quality. The Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting machinery issues to minimize downtime and maintain a smooth production flow. Additionally, the role involves managing material handling processes to ensure timely and efficient production. The Shift Supervisor is also tasked with maintaining accurate production records and updating SAP systems to reflect real-time data. Implementing strategies to reduce wastage and enhance overall production efficiency is a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will possess a global mindset and demonstrate excellence in people management, entrepreneurship, and business acumen.

Principal Accountabilities
Oversee and manage shift production activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources maintaining a high standard of qualitybr Lead and manage a team of associates ensuring effective manpower management and fostering a productive work environmentbr Handle and troubleshoot machinery issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain a continuous production flowbr Manage material handling processes efficiently to ensure timely and effective production operationsbr Maintain accurate and uptodate production records ensuring all data is correctly entered into SAP systemsbr Implement strategies aimed at reducing wastage and improving overall production efficiency contributing to the departments success
