Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Business Development. In this capacity, the Director will lead the identification and development of new business opportunities, contribute to strategic planning, manage lead generation efforts, and oversee contract negotiations. The role also includes building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts to support organizational goals and growth strategies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in New Business Development and Business Planning, with proven experience in creating growth strategies
Expertise in Lead Generation and the ability to implement effective methods for identifying prospects
Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and managing business agreements
Experience in Account Management, with a focus on long-term relationship building
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Prior experience in a leadership or senior business development role
