Title : Talent Acquisition
Role Responsibilities
Minimum 7+ Years into Talent Acquisition
Define and standardize recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and priorities.
Build strong relationships to influence and manage expectations.
Ensure timely and quality closure of positions across multiple business units.
Act as the go-to expert for TA systems (ATS), workflows, and reporting.
Audit recruitment practices for consistency and quality.
Optimize usage of ATS and recruitment technology.
Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide actionable insights.
Create dashboards and reports for leadership. Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Drive adoption of best practices across the team. Implement best practices for candidate experience and employer branding.
