We manage 10+ creators across fitness, nutrition, and wellness, and run campaigns for brands like Kent, Nura, Apollo Hospital, and The Good Bug. Role Overview

We're looking for a Talent Manager to onboard new creators, manage existing creator relationships, and ensure every brand deal runs smoothly from pitch to payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential creators for onboarding (DMs, calls, email)
• Pitch EchoX's talent management model to creators and close signings
• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing roster — check-ins, deliverable tracking, contract support
• Coordinate between brands and creators on campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain a lead/creator tracker — log outreach, follow-ups, and deal status
• Ensure creators are paid on time and disputes/issues are resolved quickly
• Work closely with the founder and BD team to match creators to the right brand opportunities

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English — comfortable pitching to creators and coordinating with brands
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram/YouTube) and how creator-brand deals typically work
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills — this role is about long-term trust, not one-off closes
• Comfortable with basic tools (Google Sheets, Instagram, email, WhatsApp)
• Self-starter who can manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously
