Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences is looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and strengthen our employer brand. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, administrative, and technical positions.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive manpower planning in collaboration with department heads.
  • Lead campus hiring initiatives and build strong relationships with educational institutions.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate the selection process for quality hiring.
  • Strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience.
  • Develop talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and compliance using HR systems.
Eligibility
  • MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong expertise in manpower planning, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in recruiting for higher education institutions will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
