Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Switchgear Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing technical assistance, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable switchgear solutions. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, delivering product presentations, preparing quotations, and offering post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales Engineering and Technical Support with a focus on electrical and switchgear products.
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to achieve revenue targets and provide outstanding client support.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and recommend appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the electrical or switchgear industry is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving team goals.
