Role Description

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize supply chain processes including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply coordination. Responsibilities include forecasting demand, managing supplier relationships, ensuring efficient inventory levels, and implementing strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, where the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining supply chain efficiency while ensuring product quality and availability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Demand Planning and Supply Management to forecast requirements and maintain uninterrupted operations
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Expertise in Inventory Management and Procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency
• Proficient in supply chain management tools and software
• Ability to develop and sustain strong vendor and supplier relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry or related sectors is preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Valve Industry preferred.
