Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi for a Senior Planning Manager specializing in HVAC. The role involves planning and scheduling project activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely deliverables within the scope, cost, and quality parameters. The manager will monitor and oversee project progress, identify risks, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of

• Strong expertise in HVAC project planning, design inputs, and execution strategies.
• Proficient in project management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation techniques.
• Proven skills in team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving within industrial and commercial project contexts.
• Working knowledge of relevant software tools such as project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera or Microsoft Project).
• Solid understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements in HVAC project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required; additional certifications in project management will be an advantage.
• Experience in managing medium-scale HVAC projects, with a track record of successful project completion.
