Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Supply Chain Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, vendor negotiation, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of procurement to delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, and delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Lead vendor negotiations for pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service level agreements.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely supply and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for smooth dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
• Track shipments and resolve supply chain bottlenecks proactively.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate supply chain documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, warehouse) for seamless coordination.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain coordination or related role.
• Strong experience in vendor development and vendor negotiation.
• Hands-on experience in logistics coordination and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and handle pressure situations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong commercial understanding and cost control mindset.
• Ability to plan strategically and execute operationally.
• Experience in managing pan-India supply chain operations (preferred).
