About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Student Recruitment & Employability Training Executive to join our growing UK-based education team. This role combines student recruitment, admissions support, employability training, interview coaching, and course delivery.

The successful candidate will recruit prospective students, guide them through the enrolment process, deliver employability and interview preparation training, and teach key modules within our teacher training programmes. You will play a vital role in supporting students from initial enquiry through to successful completion of their course and career progression.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Recruitment & Admissions
  • Recruit students for teacher training and professional development programmes.
  • Generate new student enquiries through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Advise prospective students on course options, eligibility, funding (where applicable), and career opportunities.
  • Follow up enquiries and convert them into successful enrolments.
  • Complete student registrations and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate student records using CRM systems.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment and enrolment targets.
Employability & Interview Training
  • Deliver employability training to prepare students for careers within the education sector.
  • Conduct workshops on:
  • CV and personal statement writing
  • Job application techniques
  • Interview preparation and mock interviews
  • Professional communication skills
  • Classroom professionalism and workplace expectations
  • Confidence building and career planning
  • Provide one-to-one guidance and coaching to help students secure employment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback throughout their employability journey.
Teaching & Course Delivery
  • Deliver engaging online lessons for teacher training courses.
  • Teach course modules in accordance with the curriculum and awarding body requirements.
  • Support students in understanding assignments, assessments, and learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate interactive learning sessions, discussions, and practical activities.
  • Assess student understanding and provide timely academic feedback.
  • Encourage learner engagement and maintain high levels of student satisfaction.
  • Support students throughout their learning journey to ensure successful course completion.
Administration & Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the UK admissions and academic teams.
  • Prepare recruitment, enrolment, and student progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and quality standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in education, teaching, admissions, student recruitment, employability training, or business development.
  • Experience delivering online training or teaching is highly desirable.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire learners.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to work UK business hours.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience teaching teacher training or education-related qualifications.
  • Knowledge of UK education, safeguarding, and teaching practices.
  • Experience coaching candidates for interviews and employment.
  • Experience meeting recruitment or sales targets.
