Role Description The Student Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves guiding students and parents in selecting suitable STEM courses, programs, and learning paths aligned with individual interests, strengths, and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining curriculum and learning outcomes, addressing questions or concerns, and supporting students throughout their learning journey. The Student Counselor will collaborate with educators and mentors to track student progress, provide timely feedback, and recommend additional resources or programs. The role also includes handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a supportive and engaging learning environment. Need to call 100-150 cold calls daily.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners and families effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, consultations, and ongoing support.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Education practices, preferably with exposure to STEM or skill-based learning.
• Candidates should possess the ability to build rapport with students and parents, show empathy, and maintain professionalism.
• Relevant experience in academic counseling, school counseling, or education services is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM or student management systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student cases and follow-ups effectively.
