📍 Location: Remote | 🧑‍🎓 Final-Year Students & Fresh Graduates | 🕒 3–4 Hours/Day (Mon–Fri)
🕰️ Duration: 6 Months | 💰 Performance-Based Stipend | Sat–Sun Off

Are you a dynamic communicator with leadership potential? Join Intellectual Innovation Academy (IINA) as a Manager Intern, where you'll work closely with the Founder to strategize outreach, manage communication, and lead student engagement initiatives.

This is not a typical internship — you'll act as a representative of IINA’s leadership, with real responsibilities, visibility, and a path to long-term growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Communicate with content creators, student leads, and college representatives

Handle queries via WhatsApp, email, and virtual calls

Strategize and support social media outreach

Send outreach emails to colleges and track partnerships

Maintain reports, databases, and campaign workflows using Trello, Sheets, Notion

Represent the Founder in communications where required
