J ob Title: Credit Review-Lending Services (Associate/ Sr Associate/ Delivery Lead/ Manager)

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune (Work From Office)
Work hours: 10am to 7pm IST
Department: Lending Services
Experience Level : 2-12 years

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our Lending Services division. You will be required to perform quality check of annual reviews, team management and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

Quality check of Annual reviews covering financial statement, performance and trend analysis for assessing the credit worthiness of corporates.
Making sure credit reports (annual/quarterly reviews) include profile of the counterparty, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, (including financial & peer analysis, rating rationale, outlook etc).
Managing internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for staffing, governance set-up, meeting the client SLAs.
Adding value to the team and cross training of resources
Excellent understanding of forecast excel models

Key Competencies

Strong understanding of credit principles, credit review/ appraisal, credit rating, report writing, capital structure, EBITDA & ratio analysis for mid/ large corporates
Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or CFA or M.Com or equivalent degree
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stake holders
Ability to multi-task independently under tight timelines and eye for details
2-12 years of relevant experience in credit industry
