Longhouse Branding & Marketing is looking to add a Marketing Copywriter who wants to join our growing company.

An ideal candidate is creative and organized. Being a motivated self-starter who can hear a goal and use storytelling and marketing principles to get results will set a candidate ahead of the pack!

Compensation: $40 -$55k (Based on Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and preferably experienced Marketing Copywriter to join our dynamic team. The candidate we are looking for is a creative storyteller with a passion for crafting compelling content that resonates with the target audience and drives results.

Recommended Experience

• 2 Years Experience in Creative/Business Writing
• 2 Years of Experience in Business/Marketing
  
  

A College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field is not required but is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that engage and captivate our audiences.
• Ad Copy: Craft persuasive ad copy for various advertising campaigns.
• Website Content/Copy: Write and update website content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
• Video Scriptwriting and Storyboarding: The creation of video scripts and storyboards for a variety of projects.
• Social Media: Create and post engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns, newsletters, and other email-related content.
• PR: Write press releases, media pitches, and other PR-related content.
  
  

Required Skills And Attributes

• Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices would be valued
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
