A Big-4-style professional-services firm is building out its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire business consultants for its advisory practice. You will work on engagements that reshape how client organisations operate, with the structure and rigour of a top-tier firm behind you. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Business Consultant, you will diagnose client problems, structure the analysis, and turn findings into recommendations leadership can act on, then help see them through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Strategy

  • Frame client problems and break them into structured workstreams
  • Run research, interviews, and quantitative analysis to test hypotheses
  • Build the business case and translate it into a clear recommendation

Client Delivery

  • Prepare crisp decks and models for senior client stakeholders
  • Support implementation, change management, and progress tracking
  • Manage workstream timelines and keep deliverables on standard

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 7 years in management or business consulting or strategy roles
  • Strong structured-problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Confident with Excel, PowerPoint, and storyboarding a recommendation
  • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a consulting firm or in-house strategy team
  • An MBA or a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  • Exposure to a specific industry vertical or function
