Job Description

Department: Stores / Supply Chain

Location: Pashan, Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Stores Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the stores department. The intern will assist in managing incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining accurate records, and supporting material inspection processes to ensure smooth inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in inward material handling, including receiving, unloading in system, and organizing incoming materials.
Support material verification by checking quantity and basic specifications against purchase orders or delivery challans.
Maintain proper record keeping of received materials, stock movement, and store transactions.
Assist in material inspection along with the concerned team to ensure materials meet required quality standards.
Help in proper labelling, storage, and arrangement of materials in the store area.
Support the team in maintaining accurate inventory records and updating store registers or systems.
Ensure the store area remains organized and safe at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

Base qualification: Any Bachelor's degree
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Skills Required

Attention to detail
Basic documentation and record management
Communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (preferred)

Duration: 6 months paid Internship (15k pm)

The internship is mandatorily for students pursuing their MBA academic course.
