Job Summary
The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day store and warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials in compliance with company procedures and Saudi regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise store operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and material movement logs.
- Ensure proper documentation such as GRNs, delivery notes, and issue vouchers.
- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project teams for material requirements.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Implement FIFO and good housekeeping practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field (preferred).
- Computer knowledge and experience with inventory systems / ERP.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience as Store Supervisor / Storekeeper.
- Experience in construction or industrial projects preferred.
- GCC experience, especially Saudi Arabia, is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and meet project requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
