Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, audits, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in accounting, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to support monthly closures and MIS reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle monthly accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards
  • Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
  • Manage TDS & GST compliance, including calculation, deduction, payment, returns, and reconciliation
  • Finalization of Accounts
  • Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits, including documentation and audit queries
  • Prepare and share MIS reports (monthly/quarterly) for management review
  • Ensure timely closure of accounts and adherence to reporting timelines
  • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit and compliance purposes
  • Assist in process improvements and strengthening internal controls


Tools &Technologies

  • Strong hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
  • Exposure to ERP systems is an added advantage


Skills & Experience –

Bachelor’s degree in B.Com (mandatory)

CA Inter or M.Com preferred

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance

Strong understanding of accounting principles, TDS, GST and reconciliations

Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication and coordination skills
