Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospective clients, presenting products and services, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Salesperson will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, updating records, preparing reports, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify and engage with potential clients effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to handle objections, close deals, and achieve sales targets
- Organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in market research and understanding market trends is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is an advantage
- Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the cleaning or facility management industry is beneficial
