Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Officer - Sales, based in Kochi. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to understand their needs, ensure effective communication, and advocate for Lanstitut's solutions to meet their expectations.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle offline sales activities
• Manage telecalling sales and follow-ups
• Do direct one-on-one sales with customers
• Explain products/services over call and in person
• Maintain customer data and sales records
• Complete all sales-related work
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Skills Required
• Good communication skills (calling & in-person)
• Confidence in customer handling
• Basic sales knowledge
• Ability to convince and close deals
Work Timings
• 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM: Work from Office (Kochi)
