📌 Interview Mode: On‑site interview – mandatory


Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional who is passionate about connecting with people and identifying the right talent. The ideal candidate should be comfortable networking, asking insightful questions, managing candidate pipelines, and meeting recruitment targets. Prior experience in hiring sales professionals and a basic understanding of US HR processes are essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs, with a focus on Sales roles.
  • Conduct candidate interviews via phone and in person.
  • Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on resumes and interview feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidate queries and follow‑ups.
  • Meet weekly targets for calls, emails, interviews, and candidate engagement.
  • Support basic HR activities such as onboarding coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High‑energy, target‑driven mindset with a passion for recruitment.
  • Experience in sales hiring is a strong advantage.
