Job Description
Job Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role involves daily communication with clients, processing orders, managing CRM systems, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, follow-ups, and post-sale coordination
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with vendors
- Process and verify orders (phone/email), and maintain accurate sales records
- Manage CRM systems and generate sales/finance reports
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and finance teams
- Build a sales pipeline via cold calling, emails, and outreach
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support or coordination
- Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Organized, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
