Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Store Manager for our apparel/hospitality sector in Gurugram. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining high standards of customer service, monitoring store performance, and minimizing retail loss. This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership and organizational skills to meet business goals effectively.

• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address customer needs and enhance their experience.
• Proven expertise in Store Management, including inventory control, staff supervision, and sales strategy implementation.
• Effective Communication skills to ensure clear interactions with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize financial discrepancies and ensure a secure environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and leadership qualities.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality management is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure.
