Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Independent Recruiter to manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment for our real estate operations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, target-driven, and capable of handling bulk hiring while working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles including:
• Quality Inspection
• Sales & Marketing
• Civil Engineers and related roles
• Manage bulk hiring requirements within tight timelines
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower needs
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates independently
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting
• Handle recruitment pressure and consistently deliver results

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 - 6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in real estate or construction sectors
• Proven experience in bulk hiring
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills

Educational Qualification

• MBA in HR preferred

Work Details

• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Location: Hyderabad/Delhi
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
