Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune City for a Social Media Marketing Associate. The role involves developing and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, managing social media accounts, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand engagement. Daily tasks include creating posts, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with team members to align social media goals with organizational objectives. The selected candidate will also engage with the online community to foster relationships and maintain BuildUp’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing strategies
• Strong skills in Social Media management, including platform-specific best practices
• Excellent Communication and Writing abilities
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media performance
• Keen attention to detail and creativity in content presentation
• Ability to collaborate with teams and work in a fast-paced environment
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in managing campaigns or working in the education or training industry is a plus
