Aivar Innovations is looking for an Inside Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience selling to US customers to help build and scale our AI, data, and cloud services pipeline. You will drive lead generation, qualification, and opportunity conversion via phone, email, and online meetings, working closely with the founding team and solutions teams
Role overview
Aivar Innovations is looking for an Inside Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience selling to US customers to help build and scale our AI, data, and cloud services pipeline. You will drive lead generation, qualification, and opportunity conversion via phone, email, and online meetings, working closely with the founding team and solutions team
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads in the US market through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and partner networks
- Qualify inbound leads, understand business pain points, and position Aivar’s AI/ML, analytics, and cloud offerings to relevant stakeholders
- rRun discovery calls and online demos along with solution architects; nurture through the sales funnel to handoff/closure
- Maintain an organized pipeline, log all activities and notes in the CRM, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to sales leadership
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and events focused on the US market; provide feedback from prospects and customers
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs on meetings booked, qualified opportunities created, and revenue-influenced pipeline
Requirements
Required qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales/business development for B2B technology or services, with at least 2 years of experience selling to US customers.
- Strong communication and written skills in English, comfortable running discovery calls and product/service conversations with US stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a high-activity inside sales environment.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline activity tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work in evening/overlapping shi[s to align with US market zones when needed.
Preferred skills
Prior experience selling AI/ML, cloud, analytics, or SaaS solutions.
Familiarity with account-based prospecting, multi-touch outreach, and social selling on LinkeIn.
Startup or IT services background with exposure to global customers.
