Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial construction projects? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the development of a Multi-Storey Commercial Shopping Complex with Multiple Basements at Murali Nagar, Visakhapatnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the project from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve site-related challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular project progress reports.
• Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and successful project handover.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within timelines and budget.
