Sr Project Manager

Position: Senior Project Manager – Capital Projects

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45209 onsite

Duration: 12-36 months

I am looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to serve as a project representative for multiple capital projects within a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

This role will coordinate execution across construction, engineering, CQV, and site teams, ensuring projects transition smoothly from installation through commissioning, qualification, and operational handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities and contractor execution
• Manage communication between engineering teams, site leadership, and vendors
• Track project progress, risks, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Support transition from construction to commissioning and qualification (CQV)
• Coordinate contractor punch lists, turnover documentation, and project closeout
• Ensure alignment with cGMP requirements and site safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent field experience, or related field
• 8+ years managing capital projects in cGMP or regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting projects from construction through commissioning/qualification
• Strong experience coordinating contractors, engineering teams, and site stakeholders
• Experience with manufacturing equipment or production line installations
• Familiarity with CQV processes and construction turnover documentation
• Experience acting as an Owner’s Representative or site-based project lead
