Job Description

Conversely is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented university partnership intern to actively support our efforts in cultivating and expanding our network of academic partners. In this role, you will play a key part in executing outreach initiatives, streamlining communication, and contributing to the overall success of our university engagement strategies. This position offers practical experience and the chance to apply your skills in a dynamic environment.

Mode: Remote, with a mandatory requirement to visit our office on alternate Saturdays for strategic meetings and collaborative sessions.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Conduct targeted research on universities and academic programs, identifying key stakeholders and potential collaboration points.
Assist in drafting, editing, and preparing professional communication materials, presentations, and partnership proposals.
Coordinate scheduling for meetings, webinars, and follow-ups with university representatives.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate partnership data and activity logs.
Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person engagement events for university partners.
