Sr Process Associate - Finance & Procurement Services

You’ll make a difference by:

• Responsible for ICC & ICB monthly billing activities and analyzing P&L accounts.
• Should prepare billing reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliation.
• You will be responsible for planning tool and Esprit uploads (FC and Budget).
• Should be aware of Journal entries – Validation, recode, Accruals, provisions, Bonus etc.,
• Monitoring vendor invoices and provide approvals to release the payment.
• You will generate and distribute Balance sheet and P&L reports in accurate and timely manner.
• Interface with finance controllers and the business units to ensure billings are processed as per FC and any discrepancies should be analyzed and provided with detailed information.
• You will be responsible for developing highly advanced MIS solutions and providing support with analysis of cost center, monitoring payables/receivables,

• Academic background in business management, business administration, finance, or accounting.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong core accounting knowledge.
• You are flexible working for night shift or early morning shift
• You are proficient in MS Office (Advanced MS Excel)
• You possess excellent communication skills
• You will be a Proactive Thinker & a Problem solver.
• You will have ability of Managing Complexity
