We’re currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sr. HR Business Partner to join our growing team.
What You Will Do
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance. This role leads workforce planning, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and change management efforts while coaching leaders to build high-performing teams and a positive, inclusive culture. The Sr. HRBP will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Services, ensuring cohesive and forward-thinking people solutions.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to commercial and group functions on organizational design, talent optimization, and culture development.
- Use data, analytics, and insights to influence decision-making, identify talent risks, and recommend proactive solutions
- Lead organizational design initiatives, including structure assessment, role clarity, capability building, and efficiency improvements.
- Partner with leaders to plan and execute change management strategies that enhance adoption and minimize business disruption.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying organizational strengths, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop proactive hiring strategies and succession pipelines.
- Facilitate performance management processes focused on accountability, continuous feedback, and development.
- Coach leaders on building and sustaining high-performing, engaged teams; serve as an executive coach on leadership behaviors and decisions
- Guide development plans for high-potential talent and successors in key roles.
- Analyze engagement survey data and partner with leaders to develop actionable plans to improve culture, retention, and employee experience.
- Advise on complex workplace issues and elevate employee relations matters in partnership with HR Services/ER.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex or fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people initiatives to financial and operational outcomes.
- Experience leading organizational change, workforce planning, and talent strategy initiatives.
- Proven ability to use data to influence leaders and drive decisions.
- Demonstrated capability in leadership coaching and organizational development.
