Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune District for a highly skilled PLC Programmer. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. Daily responsibilities include programming and debugging PLC systems, troubleshooting automation hardware and software issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless operation of automated processes. Candidates will be required to maintain documentation, provide technical support, and participate in system testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in PLC programming, logic design, and troubleshooting automated control systems
• Proficiency in SCADA system development and implementation
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, or Profibus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues effectively
• Understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems as it relates to process automation
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields) or equivalent technical certification
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients
• Previous hands-on experience with automation projects is a plus
• Should have knowledge about Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen Bradlley.
