Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in New Delhi for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction. Key responsibilities include responding to customer requests, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support for services, managing service requests efficiently, and consistently maintaining a high level of client interaction to build strong professional relationships.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship-building
- Ability to provide Technical Support and resolve service-related issues
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and addressing customer needs effectively
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills within fast-paced work environments
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
