Role Summary:

Construction Manager responsible for end-to-end on-site planning, execution, and delivery of Petrol Stations, Refineries, Warehouses, and Residential Flats across projects in African countries, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization to project handover.
  2. Plan construction methodology, schedules, and resource deployment.
  3. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants at site.
  4. Monitor project progress, cost control, quality standards, and HSE compliance.
  5. Coordinate with design teams, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
  6. Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and manage variations and claims.
  7. Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.


Eligibility Criteria:

  1. 12–15 years of on-site construction experience.
  2. Mandatory experience in Petrol Stations, Refineries, Warehouses, and Residential Flats.
  3. Proven working experience in African countries
  4. Strong leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.
  5. Ability to independently handle projects in remote and challenging environments.
  6. Willingness to travel and relocate across African project locations


Qualification Criteria:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. PMP Certified or equivalent Project Management qualification – Mandatory Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures, finishing works, and infrastructure.
  3. Good understanding of contracts, project controls, and construction management practices.
  4. Sound knowledge of HSE regulations and site safety management
