Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Clothing Merchandiser. The role involves managing the end-to-end merchandising process, including trend analysis, product planning, and overseeing production timelines. The Senior Clothing Merchandiser will collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure quality standards are met. Budget management, market research, and tracking sales performance are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with vendors and clients.
• Proven experience in Sales and Retail, including understanding consumer behavior and improving sales strategies.
• Marketing experience, including the ability to identify trends and contribute to effective promotional strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory management tools and software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Industry experience in apparel/clothing brands or retail is highly advantageous.
