About us
We are building 300MW+ solar and hybrid energy projects across India and Asia, covering telecom, commercial & industrial (C&I), and utility-scale opportunities.
Our focus is on designing and executing practical, high-IRR energy solutions using solar, wind, battery storage, and hybrid systems. We work closely with clients to reduce energy costs, improve reliability, and significantly cut diesel usage.
Beyond project development, we are actively structuring PPAs, exploring new energy technologies, and building scalable energy platforms across multiple markets. The team operates in a fast-moving, execution-driven environment with strong ownership and direct exposure to large deals and decision-making.
Role: Energy Strategy & Business Development (Solar + Hybrid)
Location: India (Kolkata preferred / flexible)
What you’ll do:
- Design solar / wind / BESS / DG solutions
- Build PPA models (₹/unit, IRR, payback)
- Create client proposals and decks
- Speak to clients and close deals
What we’re looking for:
- 5–10 years in solar / renewable / hybrid energy
- Experience in BD, proposals, or energy consulting
- Knows PPA pricing and project structuring
- Can build models and explain them simply
- Comfortable talking to senior clients
Good to have:
- Telecom or diesel replacement experience
- Hybrid systems (solar + battery + DG)
