Job Role: HR Recruiter

Experience: 0 to 5 Years

Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat (On-Site)

Qualification:

• Graduate (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT and automation platforms) to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process
• Track and manage recruitment MIS, pipelines, and reports
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 0–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals
• Awareness or hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong learning attitude
