Senior Site Engineer – Civil (Sports Infrastructure Projects)

Location: PAN India (Strictly Site-Based Role – Frequent Relocation Required)

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience Require

Senior Engineer: 5–7 years (independent site handling experience required)

Role Summary

We are hiring execution-driven Civil Site Engineers for sports infrastructure and ground development projects across India.

The role is 100% site execution focused, involving supervision, quality control, measurements, subcontractor coordination, and daily progress tracking.

You will report to the Project Manager / Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Site Execution (Core Responsibility)

Supervise earthwork, PCC, RCC, flooring, drainage & finishing works

Execute work strictly as per approved drawings & BOQ

Monitor labor productivity & subcontractor performance

Ensure daily target achievement at site

2️ Sports Infrastructure Works (Preferred)

Base preparation for synthetic courts / artificial turf

Slope & level accuracy checks

Supervision of fencing, pole foundations & equipment installation

3️ Quality & Safety Control

Conduct quality checks at each stage

Maintain cube test & site records

Ensure material compliance

Enforce PPE & safety standards at site

4️ Measurement & Billing Support

Maintain Measurement Book (MB)

Verify quantities as per BOQ

Track material consumption

Support site-level billing documentation

5️ Reporting

Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR)

Share daily updates with Project Manager

Support client inspections

Technical Skills Required

Strong RCC & structural execution knowledge

Ground development & leveling experience

BOQ reading & quantity take-off

Basic AutoCAD (mandatory)

MS Excel for reporting.
