Job Title: MIS Executive

Salary Range: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, generate reports, and support business decision-making through accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Handle data analysis and generate insights for management
• Manage large datasets using Excel and other tools
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection
• Create dashboards and presentations as required
• Monitor performance metrics and highlight key trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in MIS/Data Management roles
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
