About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, high-ownership Senior HR Associate to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for driving seamless HR operations and creating an exceptional employee experience. We’re looking for a HR rockstar who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and goes beyond defined responsibilities to ensure smooth people operations.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes including documentation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records for timely payroll processing.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leaves, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Ensure statutory compliance including EPFO, ESIC, Gratuity, and labor law requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Drive employee communication around policies, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards on attendance, attrition, and workforce metrics.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify insights to improve employee experience and retention.
  • Take ownership of improving HR processes and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

  • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Retail, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in onboarding, attendance management, payroll inputs, EPFO, ESIC, and Gratuity.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and employee engagement skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action and strong execution focus
