We are looking for a passionate, high-ownership Senior HR Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes including documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance and leave records for timely payroll processing.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leaves, benefits, and HR policies.
- Ensure statutory compliance including EPFO, ESIC, Gratuity, and labor law requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Drive employee communication around policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards on attendance, attrition, and workforce metrics.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify insights to improve employee experience and retention.
- Take ownership of improving HR processes and driving operational excellence.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Retail, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in onboarding, attendance management, payroll inputs, EPFO, ESIC, and Gratuity.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and employee engagement skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and strong execution focus
