Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

We are looking for a highly execution-driven Senior Associate – Human Resources who understands startup culture, hiring pressure, and people operations in a fast-moving environment. This role is ideal for someone who can balance recruitment, HR operations, employee management, and process building while working closely with leadership.
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles
- Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-join candidates
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Ensure quick turnaround time in closures and hiring coordination
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding communication
- Manage onboarding and induction processes
- Handle employee documentation, letters, and HR records
- Maintain employee databases and HRMS systems
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and employee data management
- Manage exit formalities and full & final documentation
- Support payroll inputs and monthly HR coordination
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team activities
- Coordinate feedback collection and employee concerns
- Support retention efforts and culture-building initiatives
- Work closely with managers to improve employee experience
- Maintain recruitment and HR MIS reports
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition trends
- Support implementation of structured HR workflows and policies
- Work with ATS tools, job portals, and AI-enabled hiring systems
- Candidates with 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in startups
- Strong recruiters who can independently close positions
- Professionals comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Someone practical, organized, and execution-focused
- Candidates who understand startup work culture and fast decision-making
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with hiring portals and sourcing platforms
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS systems
- Good command over Excel and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ownership-driven environment
- Direct exposure to startup scaling and business operations
